SHIPPING

Our business days are Monday to Friday. The post office operates during the same days, excluding public holidays. All orders will be shipped one working day after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please note that Bradastreet is not responsible for any delays caused by J&T Express.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for parcels returned due to being unclaimed. Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping fees required for re-delivery.

For international shipping, we offer services via J&T Express, DHL, and PosLaju International.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and un-ironed, with all tags and original packaging intact. All returns will be inspected upon receipt.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the sender.

Items eligible for exchange must be reported and returned within 7 days of receipt.

Sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
